Our tailored hypnotherapy sessions are designed to help you overcome flight anxiety and build a calm, empowering mindset for every journey.

Here’s how it works:

First Session: Taster & Relax (30 mins)

In this first session, we’ll briefly re-cap the science behind how your brain works that we explored in your initial complimentary session. Then, you’ll enjoy a relaxing 20-minute experience designed to help you unwind and start shifting your mindset.

Second Session: Rewind (1 hour)

It’s time to reset!

In this session, we’ll dive deeper into your current thought patterns about flying. Using a soothing, relaxing approach, we’ll gently "rewind" your negative associations with air travel—I like to call this session ‘Craig David vs Harry Potter’ (All will become clear when we speak!). You’ll leave feeling lighter and more at ease.

Third Session: Reframe (1 hour)

Now that you've released old patterns, let’s build you new ones.

In this powerful session, you'll visualise and create a positive, empowering thought pattern around flying. You’ll walk away with a fresh mindset, ready to embrace travel with a calm confidence.

All you need for your sessions is a quiet, comfortable space — your couch or bed works perfectly!

These sessions will take place after your complimentary consultation where I exactly in detail the Brain Science behind your current feelings towards flying, the science behind the process and answer any questions you may have.
